We have been trying to contact DD about our situation. We have been in dispute about this lot to no avail for years. We felt abused then and still do. I have been paying for this lot only because of our credit rating. Now, however, I have been injured and have lost my job by medical lay off. I am reduced to applying for SS disability but don't know if that will go through. I can't keep paying out of my retirement savings for something we will ever use or be able to sell without extreme loss that I can't afford. We have offered 15,000 to buy out of the contract and let you sell it to someone else but you refuse. I can't offer that now and can only stop paying as of August. Please contact me to let me know you at least hear me. I am done with begging, spending money on legal help, trying for 8 years to sell the lot at a $20,000 loss, getting upset and talking in circles with UEMC. Please just take this lot back without destroying us as you will have it back soon anyway. Please respond by e-mail so I know you have seen this message.
